Key Responsibilities

As a Subcontract Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the timely closeout of expired subcontracts
  • Gathering information on compliance requirements and answering questions regarding compliance issues
  • Supporting the preparation for the PERT and policy/procedure rewrites
  • Tracking and reporting out the number of subcontracts completed weekly
  • Documenting closeout files as needed
