Key Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example to ensure a positive guest experience.

2. Coach and develop your management team to achieve operational excellence and drive sales growth.

3. Ensure compliance with corporate, health department, and guest service standards.

4. Maintain accurate and detailed financial information associated with cash, food cost, security, and labor.

5. Communicate effectively with management staff, vendors, and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.

6. Implement and execute training programs to ensure consistency in products and quality.

7. Act as a leader and role model professionalism for all managers, supervisors, and employees.

8. Perform all tasks assigned to the best of your ability.

Physical Demands

1. Availability to work a variety of hours, including nights, evenings, and weekends.

2. Ability to work up to a 10 hour shift while standing or walking.

3. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs during workday.

4. Will be required to bend, stoop, and occasionally use a ladder.
