Psychiatric Technician

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Technician to join our team at Northern Light Acadia Hospital. As a key member of our inter-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.
Responsibilities- Perform clinical tasks and duties within the scope of your expertise and training.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Assist with staff education and training as needed.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
