Job Title: Psychiatric Technician I

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing support to patients with mental health conditions. As a Psychiatric Technician I, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support to patients, including administering medications, conducting assessments, and developing care plans.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
