Job Title: Business Banking Relationship Manager

City National Bank is seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business banking team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with business banking clients in assigned business segments and geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive banking solutions to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client relationships to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure City National Bank remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with a focus on commercial lending and business development.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
