Job Overview

AG Millworks is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth in the Northern California region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the window and door industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
