Job Summary

HD Supply is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Account Representative to join our team. As a Field Account Representative, you will be responsible for selling MRO supplies and healthcare-related products to an established portfolio of customers, driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to manage existing customer base and expand opportunities with current customers.
  • Prospect new accounts and retain existing accounts to meet yearly sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs, providing valuable input for the development of effective sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in B2B field sales.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and develop strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Work Environment

Located in a comfortable indoor area, with frequent opportunity to move about and occasional need to move or lift light articles. Overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience
  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline, with 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
