Position Overview
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of one of the most vibrant sales divisions within the organization. As a key member of the Optimum door-to-door sales team, you will navigate the ever-evolving consumer landscape. Each day will present new challenges, each interaction will be distinct, and you will have the chance to offer our esteemed customers a remarkable experience, guiding them through our comprehensive range of Optimum products and services, including high-speed internet, advanced television, mobile, and voice technologies, ensuring that their solutions are perfectly tailored to their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tailored Solutions: Become a telecommunications expert. Dive into the individual needs of each customer, creating customized telecom packages that exceed their expectations.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed about the latest offerings, pricing strategies, and technological advancements. Be the go-to resource for telecom knowledge.
  • Sales Presentation: Master the art of persuasion in the field. Highlight the unmatched benefits of our products and services, effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Closing Sales: You are not just a salesperson; you are a sales strategist. Skillfully negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of one year of prior door-to-door sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in computer and technical skills to support optimal customer solutions.
  • Reliable personal vehicle (if applicable), valid driver's license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk as needed.
  • Availability for full-time work.
