Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Guiding Clients: Greet and guide clients as they arrive on the lot, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Needs Assessment: Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
  • Product Expertise: Assist clients in identifying the right vehicle to meet their needs, providing expert knowledge of our product offerings.
  • Customized Vehicle Delivery: Ensure that clients understand the operational features of their new vehicle.
  • Lead Follow-up: Follow up daily on all sales leads using our CRM system.
  • Relationship Building: Initiate and cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models.
  • Professional Demonstrations: Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Objection Handling: Train to overcome customer objections and thrive in all sales situations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report directly to Sales Management regarding objectives, planned daily activities, customer reviews, and sales analyses.
Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional attire and well-groomed appearance.
  • Residency and Transportation: Reside within 30 miles of the Natchitoches location and have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Background in Sales or Customer Service: Possess a background in retail sales or customer service fields.
