About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Checkers & Rally's. As a key member of our Corporate Field Operations team, you will be responsible for executing the restaurant plan, driving sales and profits, and providing exceptional Guest and Team service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to improve sales and profits, increase restaurant service and efficiency, and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and developing Team Members and Managers.
  • Operations Excellence: Ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and Guests, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, analyze data, and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional Guest service, respond to complaints, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred Food Safety Certified
  • Experience: Over 2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Skills: Basic math skills, Microsoft Office, and general systems experience
  • Personal Qualities: Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours, and high energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment
