Key Duties and Responsibilities:

This is an external sales role focused on your assigned sales territory. You will receive training to engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various sectors, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present some of the industry’s leading supplemental insurance products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to general inquiries from clients
  • Scheduling follow-up meetings with prospective and current clients to assess their needs
  • Participating in scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
  • Reaching out to new businesses, referrals, and existing clients for re-engagement
  • Building and maintaining your own client portfolio
  • Meeting with your sales team manager to discuss and set monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Developing relationships with local business owners in your territory
  • Setting your own working hours and submitting them weekly to your sales manager
  • Following up on provided sales leads and conducting in-person outreach
  • Submitting daily sales metrics and activity reports
