Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team at Hebert Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram in Nachitoches, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist clients in choosing the right products and services that best fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
  • Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
  • Assist clients in identifying the right vehicle to fulfill their wants and needs.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert, with in-depth knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
  • Follow up daily on all sales leads from various sources using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Train to overcome customer objections and thrive within all sales situations.
  • Report directly to Sales Management regarding objectives, planned daily activities, customer reviews, and sales analyses.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Professional attire and well-groomed appearance.
  • Must reside within 30 miles of the Nachitoches location and have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must possess a background in retail sales environment or customer service fields.
