We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, guests, and program participants.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants, contributing to member retention.
- Conduct interviews and/or tours to respond to the needs of prospective members, selling memberships and promoting programs.
- Build relationships with members, helping them connect with each other and the YMCA.
- Handle and resolve membership concerns, informing supervisors of unusual situations or unresolved issues.
- Proficient in DAXKO operations, including membership and program registrations.
- Proficient in Daxko Engage, including logging conversations with members, utilizing and completing tasks, etc.
- Proficient in SmartStart scheduling.
- Follow all Y policies, rules, regulations, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
- Experience in multitasking is essential.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outdoor weather. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups of members or employees.
