Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their students, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their students via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
