The Zillow LMS team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and industry-leading quality. Our team works collaboratively to ensure thorough problem resolution and maintain a balanced workload distribution.

Regular meetings, coaching sessions, and open communication with Regional Managers contribute to a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere, aiming to provide outstanding client experiences while continuously improving individual and collective performance.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to take ownership of the local photography market as the lead photographer.

This includes:

  • Getting to know and leading the photographers in your local market.
  • Performing media capture services, including photography, 3D tours, drone, twilight, and more.
  • Operating as a hybrid of field operations and work-from-home leadership tasks.
  • Providing customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution for your team and clients.
  • Working closely with your Regional Manager on aligning market goals with business objectives.
  • Learning and becoming proficient in backend systems.
  • Understanding client and enterprise relationships at a high level.
  • Rescheduling or jumping in to cover last-minute appointments.
  • Being the client-facing resource for issue resolution, escalating to the Regional Manager as needed.
  • Running a successful In-Person Shadowing program to train and coach photographers.
  • Meeting with your team via Zoom on a monthly basis.
  • Planning and conducting Team Dinners for team-building purposes.
  • Testing new technologies and systems, educating photographers on new technologies and systems.

This role has been categorized as a Field position. Field employees perform the majority of their work in a specified geographic location set by their management team. Employees are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance to their region and/or service area.

Zillow has not defined a reasonable distance and expects employees to use their judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications regarding time commitment and cost of daily commute.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC, the standard base pay range for this role is $27.30 hourly.

This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.
