About the Role

The purpose of this role is to take ownership of the local photography market as the lead photographer. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with local photographers and leading the team to achieve market goals.
  • Performing media capture services, including photography, 3D tours, drone, twilight, and more, while operating as a hybrid of field operations and work-from-home leadership tasks.
  • Providing customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution for the team and clients.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Manager to align market goals with business objectives.
  • Developing proficiency in backend systems and understanding client and enterprise relationships at a high level.
  • Rescheduling or jumping in to cover last-minute appointments.
  • Being the client-facing resource for issue resolution, escalating to the Regional Manager as needed.
  • Leading a successful In-Person Shadowing program to train and coach photographers.
  • Conducting monthly team meetings via Zoom and planning team dinners for team-building purposes.
  • Testing new technologies and systems, educating photographers on new technologies and systems.

This role is categorized as a Field position, requiring employees to perform the majority of their work in a specified geographic location set by their management team. Employees are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance to their region and/or service area.
