Photography Market Lead

The Photography Market Lead will be responsible for leading the local photography market, working closely with Regional Managers to align market goals with business objectives. This role involves performing media capture services, providing customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution for the team and clients. The successful candidate will be well-organized, exhibit industry-leading time management and communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in organization, time management, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the local photography market, working closely with Regional Managers to align market goals with business objectives.
- Perform media capture services, including photography, 3D tours, drone, twilight, and more.
- Provide customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution for the team and clients.
- Work closely with Regional Managers to ensure market goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Learn and become proficient in backend systems.
- Understand client and enterprise relationships at a high level.
- Reschedule or jump in to cover last-minute appointments.
- Be the client-facing resource for issue resolution, escalating to the Regional Manager as needed.
- Run a successful In-Person Shadowing program to train and coach photographers.
- Meet with the team via Zoom on a monthly basis.
- Plan and conduct Team Dinners for team-building purposes.
- Test new technologies and systems, educate photographers on new technologies and systems.
- Well-organized for a fast-paced hybrid environment working both in and out of the field.
- Exhibits industry-leading time management and communication skills.
- Excel at customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrate proficiency in organization, time management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiar with technological problem-solving remotely.
