About the Role

This position entails taking charge of the local photography market as the primary photographer.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships and lead the photographers in your local market.
  • Perform media capture services: including photography, 3D tours, drone operations, twilight shoots, and more, functioning as a hybrid of field operations and remote leadership tasks.
  • Deliver customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution for your team and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with your Regional Manager to align market goals with business objectives.
  • Gain proficiency in backend systems.
  • Understand client and enterprise relationships at a strategic level.
  • Be prepared to reschedule or cover last-minute appointments as needed.
  • Act as the client-facing resource for issue resolution, escalating to the Regional Manager when necessary.
  • Implement a successful In-Person Shadowing program to train and mentor photographers.
  • Conduct monthly team meetings via Zoom.
  • Organize Team Dinners to promote team building.
  • Test and educate photographers on new technologies and systems.

This role is categorized as a Field position, requiring employees to perform the majority of their work within a designated geographic area as determined by management. Employees are expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance to their designated region and/or service area.

In specific states, the standard base pay range for this role is $27.30 per hour. This range is applicable to certain locations and may vary elsewhere.

In addition to a competitive base salary, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards, with actual amounts varying based on experience, performance, and location.
