Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to engage alumni, donors, and friends of the university.

  • Collaborate with the Dean and Associate Deans to identify and pursue major gift opportunities.
  • Lead annual giving efforts, including soliciting and stewarding donors.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage alumni and donors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and three plus years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Three to five years of development and/or communications experience.
  • Experience working with alumni, donor relationships, and high-level relationships.
