About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager at ExecuSource, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts. Your primary goal will be to lead customer account planning, ensuring performance objectives and expectations are met. You will meet and exceed sales quotas for strategic accounts, with a focus on increasing profitability. To achieve this, you will proactively assess customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies. You will also drive CR brand penetration by engaging Designers, Architects, and Builders with strategic plans. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and support, to exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales action plans, targeting high-growth potential accounts. You will organize weekly sales calls, and maintain monthly touchpoints with key accounts. Furthermore, you will promote product knowledge (PKs) and represent CR at branch events to grow market presence. Finally, you will report sales and display program updates to the Director of Sales.

What You Need to Succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the building materials industry is preferred. You will require strong organizational and strategic planning skills, with a hunter mentality. You will need to be able to understand competitor landscapes and develop winning strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a competitive drive to succeed, are essential. You will also need to be willing to travel up to 50% regionally.
