Regional Territory Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Regional Territory Manager to join our team at R3 Wound Care & Hyperbarics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Growth and Development to identify key target referral sources and develop strategies to grow new patient wound care encounters and new patient HBO referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral accounts to provide education on Wound Care and HBO, and to increase volume.
- Provide feedback to the R3 Marketing team regarding industry needs to inform marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Follow best practices regarding documentation, referral provider follow-up, data integrity, expenses, and other areas as assigned.
- Establish and maintain reliable partnerships with community providers and/or healthcare agencies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or marketing.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in business development and/or sales, preferably in the Wound Care Industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the admission process and experience in managing patient transitions.
- Experience in physician recruitment and a strong network of healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
