Business Banking Relationship Manager Role Overview

As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert financial guidance and solutions to drive their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide expert financial guidance and solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial services and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong relationship management and business development skills.
  • Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure.
  • Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting with commercial credit training preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis.
  • Some knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully identifying appropriate opportunities to sell the bank's products.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts.
