Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems with our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Experience supporting clients via phone, email, chat, and/or in person
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Ability to use all forms of communication, including email, phone, texting, and LiveChat
  • Familiarity with online restaurant ordering and restaurant technology
  • Bonus points for Salesforce, Aircall, Zendesk, or restaurant and/or fulfillment experience
