Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement & Support: Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications, address inquiries, and provide precise information regarding our offerings.
  • Transaction Management: Assist clients with order processing, efficiently handle transactions, and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
  • Problem Resolution: Actively address customer service challenges, manage complaints, and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Billing Assistance: Handle customer billing inquiries, clarify charges, process payments, and make necessary billing adjustments.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing customized solutions.
  • Documentation: Keep thorough and current records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Finance to ensure a unified and positive customer experience.
  • Feedback & Enhancement: Collect and communicate customer feedback to aid in the improvement of our products and services, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Policy Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices in all customer service interactions.

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service capacity, ideally within the utilities or energy sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and other customer support tools.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Work Environment:
