POSITION OVERVIEW

The Client Support Specialist is responsible for managing the front desk operations, warmly welcoming visitors, and assisting callers with inquiries and concerns regarding our services, policies, and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond promptly to calls from clients, families, caregivers, and others.
  • Accurately document all calls in accordance with established protocols.
  • Effectively address and resolve common call issues (e.g., clock in/out queries, absences, and shift delays) without needing to transfer the call or escalate the matter to another individual or team.
  • Aim to resolve issues during the initial conversation with the caller (whether a caregiver or client).
  • Represent the company positively through courteous, polite, and empathetic communication.
  • Demonstrate skill in triaging calls and directing them to the appropriate person or team, while setting realistic expectations for issue resolution timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Proficiency in computer usage and excellent typing skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

SALARY RANGE

$16 - $18 per hour
