We are currently seeking Client Support Specialists to join our team. As a vital part of our growing organization, you will help deliver outstanding customer experiences. Our Client Support Specialists work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

What will you be doing in this role?

While we cannot list every task, here is an overview of your expected contributions:

  • Handle daily customer service inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms, focusing on proactive communication.
  • Log and manage calls from customers, technicians, and management using our secure internal system.
  • Provide personalized customer service and education to address inquiries and maintain appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate appointments for both new and recurring pest management services.
  • Contact existing clients to arrange comprehensive home inspections for our sales professionals.
  • Assist in monitoring technician schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Conduct regular system clean-ups and scrubs of our Pest Routes system.
  • Escalate inquiries or issues to management as necessary.
  • Complete required monthly training in our Pest Webs system.

  • The work environment is a climate-controlled office with a moderate noise level.

Qualifications:

  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays and some holidays.

Preference will be given to candidates who also possess:

  • Bilingual skills.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, particularly in phone and email communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A typing speed of 60 words per minute.
