As an Operations Support Specialist for Wyndham Destinations, you will play a vital role in providing quality assistance for our Sales and Marketing operations. This position requires delivering outstanding customer service to all guests and business partners, ensuring adherence to operational processes and procedures, safeguarding data integrity across our systems, and collaborating with your team and leadership to implement changes or new initiatives. As a member of the Business Operations team, you will contribute to the mission of creating unforgettable vacation memories.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, business partners, and team members
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance our customer service or operational processes
  • Collecting and validating data during guest interactions to ensure optimal experiences
  • Managing and safeguarding company assets in all interactions
  • Understanding and executing operational procedures that govern our business
  • Supporting new initiatives and assisting teams affected by these changes
  • Maintaining various reporting needs on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
  • Effectively utilizing resources (team, leadership, procedural guides, etc.) to provide prompt support to inquiries as they arise
You Will Collaborate With:
  • Sales and Marketing teams
  • Human Resources
  • Resort Operations leadership
Project Examples You May Work On:
  • Validating data and generating reports or addressing inquiries from onsite business partners
  • Assisting in the integration of new processes and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability to support business operations during weekends and holidays
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service with enthusiasm

Compensation
Starting at $22.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate for selected candidates will be determined based on various factors, including experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
