As a Clinic Director, you will play a key role in leading our team of Physical Therapists and contributing to our mission of serving our patients with integrity, honesty, and compassion.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinic Director. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, managing a team of Physical Therapists, and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Physical Therapists in providing high-quality patient care
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Manage clinic finances, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physical therapy
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $98,000 per year
