THE OPPORTUNITY
The role of Manufacturing Process Engineer serves as an ideal launchpad for engineers eager to apply and enhance their expertise. We offer a fast-tracked learning experience in manufacturing and chemical engineering.

You will assume responsibilities from the outset and have the chance to leave your mark through exposure to diverse processes and technologies.

Manufacturing Process Engineer > Staff Process Engineer > Process Engineer > Senior Engineer > Leadership

Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Process Engineer

Participates in and leads engineering projects.
Monitors daily production metrics.
Designs and specifies the operation of plant processes.
Assists in proposal preparation. Analyzes findings, draws conclusions, and provides recommendations. Prepares engineering documentation, cost assessments, and process transmittals.
Contributes to the design of moderately complex engineering projects or manages components of larger projects.

Offers suggestions for safer, more cost-effective, or innovative techniques, regardless of their relation to specific projects.

Accountable for completing engineering tasks within set timeframes and budget limits.
Maintains technical proficiency and knowledge at the forefront of the industry.
Collaborates with other engineers and production staff across various facilities, as well as at their primary location. Engages with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, administrative functions, suppliers, and professional organizations as needed.
Reports to the Technical Manager.
Receives moderate guidance and some oversight. Significant freedom is granted for work planning. Work is occasionally reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Provides technical guidance and instructions to process operators. Assists junior professionals in both procedural and technical matters.

Tackles a broader range of troubleshooting challenges; applies foundational process knowledge and creative problem-solving to recommend corrective actions.

About You:

Qualifications:
BSc in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with basic chemical unit operations.

Relevant internships, placements, or work experience are advantageous but not mandatory; we can swiftly equip you with the necessary skills in chemical processes and production.
