Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold safety as a core value by executing all tasks in a secure manner and actively engaging in safety initiatives.
- Oversee both on-site and off-site inventory, including raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Develop daily production plans for finished goods utilizing SAP.
- Assess and manage the trailer pool to meet daily targets at both the manufacturing site and external storage facilities.
- Coordinate transportation activities using Trailer Management for various material types.
- Monitor production rates through PIMS to adjust orders accordingly.
- Schedule customer order loading and stock transfers via SAP Outbound Shipping Monitor.
- Guide third-party contractors in their daily operations, addressing any safety concerns.
- Educate contractors on material flow processes, loading protocols, and safety measures.
- Manage the driver interface efficiently.
- Ensure timely receipt of all incoming materials in SAP.
- Prioritize unloading processes to minimize trailer detention.
- Follow procedures for after-hours receiving.
- Support the mill during off-shifts to facilitate material intake.
- Adjust pickup schedules with carriers based on production monitoring.
- Generate load-ahead reports to ensure availability for loading.
- Coordinate loading schedules for parent rolls in alignment with production timelines.
- Communicate shipping challenges with Central Transportation.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Interface with various administrative and technical teams.
- Lead task forces and engage with all mill departments.
- Participate in the Loudon Mill High-Performance Work System.
- Contribute to other Material Flow functions as required.
Work Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 am – 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm – 6:00 am), following the operations shift pattern.

- Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessments and screenings.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, and related applications is preferred.
