  3. Convert quotations into customer orders, monitor the progress of orders until completion, and manage invoicing processes.
  4. Handle warranty claims and urgent orders promptly, adhering to company protocols.

  6. Maintain comprehensive records of customer satisfaction feedback and report findings to relevant divisions.
