Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bell Attendant to join our team at HEI Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with their luggage and provide directions to hotel facilities.
  • Explain hotel services, hours of operation, and answer questions about hotel amenities.
  • Check luggage for guests and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and baggage area.
  • Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the front desk team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Class B license or passenger endorsement required.
