Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bell Attendant to join our team at HEI Hotels & Resorts. As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Explain hotel facilities, their location, and hours of operation to guests, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of our services.
  • Check luggage for hotel guests, both for day and overnight stays.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bell stand, lobby, and baggage room, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Post the daily events board and entertainment board in the lobby, keeping our guests informed about upcoming events and activities.
  • Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms, providing timely and efficient service to our guests.
  • Perform pick-ups and drop-offs at the airport for our guests, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • May perform the duties of a valet as required, providing additional support to our guests.
  • Assist the front desk with key inventory twice weekly, ensuring accurate and efficient management of our hotel's keys.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, respond to questions, and provide knowledge of hotel services, local area events, and activities.
  • Ability to drive vans, limousines, and automobiles, with an excellent driving record as verified by a Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move packages, boxes, and luggage with sufficient manual dexterity.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
  • Class "B" license or license with passenger endorsement required.
