Job Summary

VISA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales Engineering to lead our Dispute Solutions Sales Engineering team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through technical sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of VISA's Dispute Solutions portfolio.
  • Lead a team of sales engineers to provide technical sales support and relationship management to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, product development, and client support, to ensure alignment and effective communication with clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on VISA's Dispute Solutions products and services.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of VISA's Dispute Solutions products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expansion.
  • Manage and grow internal and external resources and cross-functional relationships to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Provide input and feedback to product teams on client needs and market trends to inform product development and innovation strategies.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop and execute strategies to drive client engagement and increase market share.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical sales, product management, or a related field, with a strong background in the mobile/online banking and payments industry.
  • Proven history of successful sales and/or relationship management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Exceptional technical sales acumen, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships across all levels of management.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with high levels of success and achievement.
  • Ability to travel as needed to ensure adequate on-site interaction with clients.
  • Exceptional customer service and advocacy experience and mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones.
