Job Summary

D G MEDINA CONSTRUCTION LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced construction environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to contractors, vendors, and employees.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment is required. Polished appearance, positive attitude, and dependability are essential qualities for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate person, and take messages accurately
  • Manage office tasks, communications, and assist upper management with key functions
  • Greet contractors, vendors, employees, and other professionals
  • Schedule meetings, travel, appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Maintain an organized, clean lobby and assist with various clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and entering data on reports

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (a must)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Great computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, QuickBooks, and typing speed of 45-50 wpm
  • Excellent customer service skills and friendly, professional demeanor
  • Comfortable with people at all levels in a culturally diverse environment
  • Proper phone and in-person etiquette
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of $35,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
