General Overview:
Reporting to the Manager of Creative Services, the Graphic Designer occupies a mid-level design position. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Communications, and Creative Services teams, the Graphic Designer will ideate, design, and produce marketing and customer-facing print and digital materials for various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute artwork for diverse print and digital initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous collaboration with internal teams throughout the brainstorming, conceptualization, design, and review phases to ensure cohesive execution of typography and layout across all projects.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations of concepts to Creative Services leadership and Marketing Services teams.
  • Respond promptly to design challenges and feedback, proactively identifying needs for various teams and projects.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all projects by ensuring precision and attention to detail on multiple projects concurrently throughout the creative and production phases.
  • Provide constructive creative feedback to colleagues and contractors, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with project objectives.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects to guarantee timely delivery and address challenges proactively.
  • Exhibit proficient file management by adhering to organizational storage and archival protocols.
  • Stay informed about design trends and technological advancements in the marketing sector, recommending enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Note: An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of the stated minimums, excluding High School Diploma, GED, Licenses, or Certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Communication Arts with a focus on Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Graphic Designer within an advertising agency, graphic design studio, or corporate design setting.
  • Proficiency in MAC software applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Adobe Creative Suite CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), or similar software.
  • Ability to pass a physical examination that includes a drug screening to operate non-revenue vehicles.
  • Understanding of typography, color calibration, and the CMYK printing process, along with preparing digital files for print and promotional merchandise vendors, as well as digital and mobile platforms.
  • Commitment to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external clients, utilizing first-hand customer feedback for product and service enhancements.
  • Ability to make sound decisions based on a combination of analysis, experience, and judgment, with a track record of providing accurate solutions.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to acquire new skills and knowledge effectively.
  • Strong written communication skills, capable of conveying messages clearly and effectively across various settings and styles.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts amicably, earning the trust and support of peers.
  • Proficient in using logical methods to identify and solve complex problems, with a keen eye for hidden issues.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Operates in a setting with minimal exposure to dust, noise, or extreme temperatures. May encounter moderate exposure to less favorable working conditions, including dust, noise, temperature variations, and chemicals while visiting operational facilities, provided all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
