We are in search of an in-house Visual Communication Specialist to enhance our marketing team in Dallas. This team comprises graphic designers, marketers, communication experts, and other creative professionals.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, an effective communicator, and proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud, with a strong preference for a Windows-based setup. This role involves supporting branding and communication efforts, both internally and externally, as well as contributing to business development initiatives through client and project engagement. We seek an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional skills in creating communication materials and branded assets that align with established brand standards. Frequent collaboration with marketing colleagues and studio personnel is essential, making strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with clients to design graphics for print marketing, digital platforms, social media, internal communications, campaigns, and business development efforts.
  • Applying knowledge of graphic layout, color theory, and typography across both digital and print formats.
  • Crafting compelling narratives through visuals — transforming raw concepts into engaging messages and simplifying complex information.
  • Creating data visualizations — developing tailored design solutions to represent intricate data and convey compelling stories.
  • Assisting in the production of branded materials such as brochures, comprehensive reports, presentations, posters, invitations, event collateral, social media content, web assets, and advertisements.
  • Interpreting and applying visual identity and brand guidelines for marketing materials.
  • Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Producing print-ready files and coordinating with external vendors to ensure high-quality production of branded materials.
  • Engaging in brainstorming sessions and collaborating on projects while incorporating feedback.
  • Fostering a culture that celebrates teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • A professional degree in design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience with PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to work within a strong brand framework, adhering to established guidelines and processes.
  • A client-focused approach to both verbal and written communication.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior team members, providing feedback, and presenting work.
  • Experience working with partners in-person and virtually across various time zones.
