About the Job

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with a mix of mid-shift (11am-7pm) and third-shift (11pm-7am) hours. The ideal candidate will have experience working in human services, direct care, or care coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist participants with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with participants and their families.
  • Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible, and adaptable.
