Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Specialist to join our team in the Neuro Acute Care unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our experienced nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with a generous match.

Key Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses
  • Assisting with vital sign checks, medication administration, and other patient-related tasks
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, a completion of a formal Certified Nursing Assistant program or one year of experience in a patient care setting would be beneficial in this role.
