Job Overview
This is a full-time and part-time position as an Acute Care RN or NICU RN at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of caregivers who are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care to neonates and their families in the NICU setting
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
* Develop and implement effective educational programs for patients and their families
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
* Graduation from an accredited nursing program
* Current Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
* National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire
* 1 year - Nursing experience
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
