Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the Clinical Decision Unit. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions.

The base pay range for this position is $38.37 - $76.71 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation through shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime premiums, and bonus incentives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
