Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role is $38.37 - $76.71 per hour. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care through accurate assessments, effective interventions, and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- 12 months of experience or less as a new graduate nurse.
- National certification in your area of specialty.
