Kadlec Regional Medical Center, a non-profit healthcare provider in the Tri-Cities region, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool Resource Team. Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who will apply their specialized training to deliver exceptional patient care in various departments within our medical center. As a member of our Float Pool Resource Team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in education and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
* Demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement and patient safety
Requirements
* Graduation from an accredited nursing program
* Washington State Registered Nurse License upon hire
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
* At least 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting
