Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Community Director to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Director in the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Director in supervising on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, Leasing Managers, and Maintenance Technicians.
  • Manage the property's occupancy levels, lease expirations, and timely turnover to maximize revenue potential.
  • Ensure compliance with FPI's Standard Operating Procedures and maintain accurate records of resident files, documents, and reporting systems.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the property and attract new residents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and clients, while maintaining a positive and professional image of FPI Management, Inc.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; College degree in a relatable field preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance that meets State requirements.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, and internet.
