Key Responsibilities- Lead Daily Internal Calls: Facilitate solution assessment, cross-team dependencies, and internal touchpoints to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate Between Teams: Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure solutions, progress, and upcoming refinement items are aligned.
- Attend Daily Stand-Ups: Support the team in providing and communicating necessary information to ensure effective project management.
- Present Enhancements and Bugs: Develop a common understanding of solutions, allowing for effective sizing and implementation.
- Work with Business Analysts: Develop user stories, gather requirements, and define acceptance criteria to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and Validate Dashboards: Work with development team members to build, validate, and enhance dashboards, as well as fix bugs related to dashboards or ETL jobs.
- Create Dashboard Mock-Ups: Design and create dashboard mock-ups or prototypes in Tableau for review with stakeholders.
- Work with Client Stakeholders: Define requirements for new or enhanced reports or dashboards, ensuring client needs are met.
- Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and refinement sessions to ensure effective project management.
- Present User Stories: Present user stories as requested during backlog meetings to ensure clear communication.
- Work with Product Owners: Collaborate with product owners on questions and prioritization activities to ensure effective project outcomes.
- Discuss Enhancements and Defects: Discuss upcoming enhancements and defects with other technical analysts across teams to understand cross-team impacts.
- Update Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and reporting to support project success.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working cross-team to develop and implement solutions, and providing technical support and consultation.
- Investigate Root Causes: Investigate root causes of client and system issues and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Project Team Members: Collaborate effectively with project team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Create and Deliver Training Content: Create and deliver training content and provide user support with respect to available dashboard suite.
- Prepare and Facilitate UAT Sessions: Prepare and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with users and support user UAT activities.
- Develop and Deliver Ad Hoc Reports: Develop, validate, and deliver ad hoc reports to support client needs.
- Present and Communicate Data: Utilize strong communication skills to present and communicate data, trends, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science, or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in information sciences, computer science, management information systems, or a related technical field is preferred (experience that demonstrates commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
- 3-5 Years' Experience in Analytics: 3-5 years' experience designing and developing complex analytics solutions, with at least one year in a lead capacity.
- Experience with Tableau or Similar Visualization Tool: Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tool required.
- Mid-Level Experience Developing SQL Queries: Mid-level experience developing/tuning SQL queries required.
- Experience Testing and Validating Reports and Dashboards: Experience testing/validating reports and dashboards, including creating relevant documentation.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing Concepts: Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience Working Independently with User Stakeholders: Experience working independently with user stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, design sessions, and supporting UAT.
- Strong Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including SQL, understanding of databases, and web-based applications.
- Ability to Transform Technical Information: Ability to transform technical information into functional questions/solutions.
- Experience with Jira or Similar Tools: Experience with Jira or similar tools.
