Job Title: Senior Child Support Technical Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Child Support Technical Analyst to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our child support systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance for child support systems projects
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead technical requirements sessions and meetings to determine system functionality
  • Document technical requirements and ensure testability and traceability
  • Support compliance tracking and monitoring for federal regulations
  • Participate in strategic planning assessments and technical policy research
  • Lead technical requirement efforts for prioritized IT projects
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a Business/Technical Analyst role
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Human Services agencies and programs
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with State Child Support and/or Child Welfare Programs
