Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of progressively responsible clerical or administrative experience that involves the regular application of clerical procedures, demonstrating the ability to adhere to a set of rules, regulations, directives, or laws. This experience typically includes the routine use of specialized terminology and automated software for tasks such as word processing, data entry, or report generation. Preferred experience includes work in legal firms, banking institutions, educational organizations, social services, insurance companies, and corporate environments.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and database management systems.
- Ability to take initiative and manage assignments effectively.
- Demonstrated integrity, tact, maturity of judgment, and trustworthiness.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the capability to work collaboratively in a team setting and engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Capacity to meet recurring deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
