Job Overview

We are a General Practice Litigation Law Firm seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in legal document preparation, legal assisting, and administrative skills.

  • Assist attorneys in document drafting, filing, and translation.
  • Meet with clients to provide information and clarify issues.
  • Confer with court staff to clarify information.
  • Research relevant legal materials to aid decision making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel.
  • Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Translate and Interpret for clients/Attorneys
  • Assist with day-to-day office duties and answering phones.

Requirements:

  • High School or GED
  • Legal Document Preparation
  • Legal Assisting
  • Administrative Skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $48,000 per year (plus bonus/commission) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
