As a key member of our Administrative Services Unit (ASU), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating objectives, benchmarks, and key results to ensure efficient and effective processes and operations in the areas of Corporate Insurance, Procurement, and Mail/Copy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with external insurance carriers to ensure timely renewal of MLA's insurance policies.
  • Coordinate responses to annual insurance audits and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise two team members responsible for Procurement and Mail/Copy Services.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to ensure efficient and effective processes.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for ASU.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and up to five years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in direct supervision and ability to coach and inspire team members.
  • Experience with corporate insurance, supply purchasing, and inventory control.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
