Financial Account Executive

SNI Companies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, negotiating deals, and managing the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with structured settlement recipients to negotiate the purchase of future payment streams.
  • Assess customer financial needs and propose suitable structured settlement solutions.
  • Maintain diligence in planning, follow-up, and deal closure by assisting customers with necessary documentation.
  • Analyze cost and revenue to ensure profitability.
  • Consistently execute daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Use company database and cold calling techniques to continuously add new prospects to the pipeline and drive incremental sales growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong accountability, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully building a sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build trust and confidence in others.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve daily targets without supervision.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
